IASOC Annual Meeting

Atlanta, November 14-17

The International Association for the Study of Organized Crime (IASOC) holds an annual meeting each year. It is normally held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Society of Criminology each November.

The agenda of IASOC meetings includes:

1. A morning business meeting with discussion of the organization's efforts during the past year and a forum to discuss new ideas for the coming year.
2. A presentation from a known scholar or professional working in the field of organized crime research or practice
3. The IASOC Recognition of Excellence Award usually presented for outstanding work as a researcher or professional during the preceding year.
4. Several separate panel presentations occur throughout the ASC meeting, in which researchers and professionals present their findings to the academic and professional community.
5. Please join us for our next annual breakfast meeting on Friday, November 16th, from 7:30-9:00 am in Skyline Bay 8 at the Atlanta Marriot Hotel.

Register and Participate!
For those who wish to register, particpate, or present findings at the annual meeting of IASOC, should be aware that proposals for presentations at the November meeting are generally due in March. You may contact IASOC for additional information at iasoc_office@yahoo.com
